Drivers are free to choose the fare they wish to offer within the marketplace's permitted pricing range displayed on the pricing setup page at the time of booking. These pricing parameters are designed to promote transparent and fair pricing, protect customers and drivers from extreme or abusive pricing, and maintain the integrity of the marketplace.
The pricing parameters do not require a driver to accept a booking or work at any particular time. Drivers remain independent and are free to decide whether to offer, accept, or decline bookings in accordance with the terms of the Driver Agreement.

Why we set pricing bands
- Transparency for customers — every quote shown on VanManoo falls within a public, predictable range.
- Fair protection for drivers — no driver can be undercut by unrealistic race-to-the-bottom pricing.
- Marketplace integrity — extreme or abusive pricing (either direction) is prevented at the API level.
Independence of drivers
Nothing in this policy requires a driver to accept a booking, work on a particular date, or remain online at any particular time. Every driver on VanManoo is an independent self-employed contractor and is free to offer, accept, or decline bookings in accordance with the Driver Agreement (Terms & Conditions).
