Our business
VanManoo operates a UK-based online marketplace connecting customers with independent, vetted man & van drivers. Our supply chain consists of technology vendors (cloud hosting, payments, communications), independent contractors (drivers), and a small number of professional-services suppliers.
Our policies
We maintain internal policies covering recruitment, driver onboarding, right-to-work verification, whistleblowing, and supplier due diligence. These policies are reviewed annually by the founding team.
Our commitments
- We conduct due diligence on every driver, partner, and supplier we work with.
- We require all drivers to confirm their right to work in the UK before onboarding.
- We provide accessible reporting channels for anyone to raise concerns confidentially.
- We train our operations, HR, and driver-success teams to recognise the signs of modern slavery.
- We refuse to work with any partner or supplier that fails to meet these standards.
- We publish this statement openly and update it annually to reflect our progress.
Reporting concerns
Anyone with concerns about modern slavery or human trafficking anywhere in our business or supply chain can report them confidentially to hello@vanmanoo.uk. All reports are reviewed personally by a member of the founding team and handled with confidentiality.
